If you’ve been following along on my blog, I talk about the gym I go to, Kosama, quite a bit. With varied workouts for strength, endurance and flexibility, it’s by far my favorite gym of all the gyms I’ve attended and I have a hard time picturing myself going back to a regular gym and trying to motivate myself. Kosama is like having a personal trainer, even though you are in a group setting, and it makes use of the best peer pressure ever: Positive Peer Pressure.
The coaches there are in tune with everyone in class – they get right down on the floor and work out with you when you need the extra push, they’ll correct your form if needed, and they provide the ongoing motivation for you to work your hardest. And at the end of a trying workout, there’s almost always a fist-bump. You never walk out feeling like you haven’t worked your hardest.
So, if you live in the East Valley, they are offering a $29 special for you to try Kosama for one month (new members only) through Living Social. There are 5 days left on the deal – check it out here.
You can also sign up for the next fitness challenge beginning on April 1st – just be sure to mention my name when you do!
